Greenbelt Resources Shareholders Re-Elect Standing Board of Directors
MINNEAPOLIS, May 22, 2009 -- Greenbelt Resources (Pink Sheets:GRCO) formally ONYI, the leading innovator in the development of practical and economical alternative energy technologies announced today it held its annual shareholders meeting in St. Paul on May 21st 2009. During the meeting, at which a quorum was present, shareholders through a majority vote re-elected its standing Board of Directors including : Floyd Butterfield, Todd Hylden, Scott Pummill and Darren Eng. The recently hired chief financial officer, Ivan Braverman, was also introduced. While all were gathered together, a Directors Meeting was held in the corporations new Burnsville office, located at 1601 Southcross Dr. W., at which time the Board re-appointed Scott Pummill as CEO/President & Chairman of the Board; Darren Eng as Secretary; and Floyd Butterfield as Treasurer.
A question and answer period followed the election, at which time shareholders were reminded of the successful outcome of the company's law suit against USSEC, John Rivera and Redwood Consultants and informed of the planned reacquisition of the reclaimed parts of the company’s pilot plant.
