Darren Eng, Chief Executive Officer and President

Mr. Eng is the chief executive officer of Greenbelt Resources Corporation. Prior to his appointment to CEO, he served as a director on the company board starting in October 2008, and performed the role of secretary for the board from April 2009 to September 2009.

Eng is also the founder and president of The Sponsorship Group and has held the title of executive director of a number of Southern California professional organizations operated and managed by The Sponsorship Group staff. Other past senior management positions including operational director of Los Angeles Venture Association, executive vice president of the Digital Evolution Center, and vice president of Virtual International Community. Prior to running various companies and organizations throughout Southern California, Eng enjoyed a nearly decade-long career in the environmental industry. From 1994 to 1998, he led teams of scientists and engineers at AECOM (formerly ENSR) as a project and team manager and served as a level III associate scientist. His work included regulatory compliance and liability assessments of Southern Natural Gas facilities and other large bank-financed industrial properties in the eastern U.S. from Maine to Louisiana. Eng is a member of the Men’s Guild for Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.

Eng earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology - Environmental Track from Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut.

Floyd Butterfield, Chief Technology Innovator and Treasurer/Secretary

Mr. Butterfield, has served as the Treasurer of the Company since Oct 2008 and as a Director of the Company since April 2007. Floyd S. Butterfield has over twenty-five years of experience in the biofuels industry and is the designer of Diversified Ethanol's "Butterfield Closed Cycle System™ ethanol plants". With his vast experience in ethanol production from a wide variety of conventional and alternative feedstocks, Mr. Butterfield's innovative approach to alternative fuel production earned him the top award from the California Department of Food & Agriculture and the California Waste Management's Fuel Alcohol Plant Design Competition in the early 1980's. His design, with extensive innovation has been miniaturized and brought to the consumer market as the MicroFueler by E-Fuel Corporation with numerous patents now pending. Mr. Butterfield serves as Director of Engineering and Manufacturing for Diversified Ethanol. Previously, Mr. Butterfield founded FSB Energy, a provider of design, construction and operational consulting services to the biofuel and geothermal industries. Mr. Butterfield also founded and served as COO of Curbside Container Company, where he developed six patents related to recycling containers. He also served as CEO of FSB Farming, a grower of carrots and tomatoes for large packing operations. Since 1983 Mr. Butterfield has operated a diversified farming operation and continues to farm. Mr. Butterfield holds a B. A. in Geophysics from Occidental College and attended the Colorado School of Mines Geophysics Masters Program.

Greenbelt Resources Corporation - Non-Executive Advisors

Darren Hereford has served as strategic legal advisor to Greenbelt Resources Corporation since October 2009 and served as Secretary through october 2010. Mr. Hereford is founding partner of Ascend Law, a business law practice focused on providing strategic business counseling to entrepreneurs and developers. Prior to founding Ascend Law, Mr. Hereford was a partner at the law firm of Weston Benshoof (now Alston + Bird). He has served on the boards for various non-profit professional and charitable organizations, including serving as board member and President of the Southern California Development Forum. Mr. Hereford has over 16 years legal and business counseling experience and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, where he served as Managing Editor of the Loyola International and Comparative Law Journal.

Laura Anthony has provided Greenbelt legal advisement in corporate and securities law since prior to the inception of its current name and stock ticker symbol (GRCO) in 2006. Ms. Anthony is founding partner of Legal and Compliance, LLC a law firm designed to represent small and mid-size private and publicly held companies, their officers and directors. Her focus areas include all areas of corporate and securities laws, rules and regulations that effect small business enterprises. Prior to that, she served as Chief Legal Counsel for a national investment banking firm and NASDAQ broker dealer with over 200 employees. Ms. Anthony managed the firm’s legal and compliance department and coordinated all legal work for the firm in regard to FINRA and SEC regulations, FINRA arbitrations, and public and private transactions. Before that she worked with Cohen, Norris, Scherer, Weinberger and Wolmer for six years in an of-counsel relationship. Ms. Anthony is an honors graduate from Florida State University College of Law and has been practicing law since 1993. Ms. Anthony is a member of; the Society of the Four Arts, Young Friends of the Norton Museum of Art, Palm Beach County Zoo Society, Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association and the ABA committee on Federal Securities Regulations.
